Did not have any trucks and gave me a dirty van to begin with and said I dirty the van and charge me a $25 fee...
I got a unit, no problem. I upgraded my unit, no problem. I rented a truck and a hand truck. NO PROBLEMS! These guys and gals are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I can't think of a better place to rent a truck and store my stuff.
Staff is rude and basically refused to speak to me about and told me I was being charge.
They should not allow the average Joe rent one of these things and drive it across the country but they do.
Terrible experience... find another uhaul place to rent.
I buy my propane here as they fill it to the tank capacity, not short like the exchange centers. That means an extra 5 lbs of gas and the tank lasts longer.

Great customer service. Always willing to help based off of our specifics needs. Making physically moving everything out of our current house into our new house, very easy. Very friendly, and would reccomend to anybody.
