I brought in 18 shirts needed to bring back 3 for re-pressing. They put holes in a shirt. I asked for 29.99 as reimbursement cash. They sent me $20.00 store credit In the mail. I reached out twice to management no response
Take JROTC uniforms there weekly, have always done a great Job.
Had a few work blouses dirty from everyday wear, dresses with stains (that I specifically pointed out and asked for spot treatment), and sweaters that I wanted cleaned. Turn around time was very quick, but quality was not great. A few of the blouses and sweaters still noticeably smelled, and none of the stains were removed from my dress. I thought about asking for a refund but read the other reviews and figured I'm better off just not giving them my business anymore.
